GBT is proposing service changes and reductions due to flat funding over the past two years. This includes reducing approximately 5,000 service hours (2.5-3%) annually, considering temporary suspensions of low ridership routes, and other cost-neutral changes. Public feedback will be gathered on proposed changes to routes 1-9, 13, 15-17, 20, 22X, and 23 involving cutting some trips and modifying some routes. Ridership data is provided on impacted trips for each route. The proposed changes aim to balance the budget while minimizing reductions. No bus fare increases are proposed.
