GAZPACHO
INGREDIENTS
5 tomatoes 1 cucumber
1 green pepper 1 clove of garlic
olive oil water
salt
vinegar
HOW
TO
COOK
1.- Wash the vegetables. Chop,
and put them in a bowl.
2.- Peel and cut the tomatoes.
3.- Put the ingredients in the blend.
Add olive oil ( ½ cup ) and beat until
you have a puree.
Then, add water, salt and vinegar
beat until you have a soup.
