Our highly skilled team has the capability to translate your design into a

We apply a broad range of high-tech and conventional fabrication skills
to the cost-effective manufacture of many products.
Complex structures are assembled and produced in our fabrication
department and we are able to supply complete bolted or welded
assemblies.
Mig and Tig welding on stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel allows
us to offer competitive prices and fast turnaround for both custom items
and series production.

6. painting & powder coating
We offer a wide range of specialist powder painted and metal finishing
for all our products.
A wide range of metals including aluminium, stainless and mild steel can
be pre-treated and coated including complex fabrications.
Dry powder coating typically uses an electrostatic spray process. The
component is then cured in an oven to achieve an ultra smooth surface
finish.

7. design & prototyping
We offer a full in-house design service using the very latest on-site auto
CAD technology.
We are able to design and work directly from your drawings, files, hardcopy or sample components.
Our flexible systems for part development, nesting and layouts
guarantees that waste is minimised whilst ensuring the highest levels of
speed and accuracy.
A wide range of machinery allows us to economically produce rapid
prototypes for you to test prior to series production … and we'll happily
assist you to develop and improve your products.
