• Teacher is main part of education system " teacher is not an instructor or task
master but helper or guide"

• He is one to guide and suggest not to impose something
• He shows how to acquire knowledge than byhearting it
• Teacher should give importance to mother-tongue
• He is the one who shape the child to an individual.
