Current courses
• Do not engage students in deep learning
• Are monotonous and predictable
• Do not appeal to younger or more technically
  savvy employees
• Do not allow any personalization of course
  material
• Do not allow for different learning styles

Final Points
• Personalized learning engages the user in the learning

• Training points become focused on the learner rather than general for an entire class

• Personalized training relates the material to the learner in a direct
  fashion, encouraging long term learning

• Choice in setting allow more realistic interactions

• Reflections solidify the new learning
