This document proposes a new style of communications training that is personalized and gamified. The training would involve 3 levels that advance based on completing reflections and interactions. Level 1 involves personalizing the training and reflecting on communication traits. Level 2 involves choosing a boss for random interactions and reflections. Level 3 involves random interactions with coworkers and reflections. The goal is to engage students more, appeal to different learning styles, and stimulate deeper learning through self-reflections.
