The program started at a very positive and
enthusiastic note. There was dance
performance on the song ‘Ho Subhaarambh’
from the movie ‘Kai Po Che’. This matchless
performance was followed by Tabla
performance where people got to her
unique rhythm.

presented a bouquet as a token of honour. This was
followed by lamp lighting and the program started as
per the decided sequence.
After lamp lighting Company’s C.E.O Shri Amarnath
Sen gupta expressed his views and congratulated
everyone for the 16th anniversary and mentioned
that the success level which we have attained today
is because of the efforts of the founder directors of
the company Shri Chetan Handa and Shri Sanjeev
Chhibber. He articulated that it is our duty to
accelerate their vision and take direct selling to new
heights of success.
He said that we are moving ahead towards the
success and in this there is commendable
contribution of our partners like Saksham I.T., Ananya
Herbal and Galway Kart. However it’s not the time to
stop and relax but to make the business reach new
stature and for this we need to increase the pace of
the work. For this all of us will have to work as a team
with utmost hard work and honesty. We are going
through a transition phase and are entering in the
world of M.L.M and shortly we are launching a new
range of amazing products to make place in urban
markets. We also aim at providing self employment

After this inspirational session with company’s
director Shri Sanjay Verma, the atmosphere
became more positive with the speech of
company’s founder director Shri Sanjeev Chhiber.
The hall kept on echoing with a thunderous
applause for some time when he came on stage.
Shri Sanjeev Chhibber was overwhelmed with
this welcome and congratulated everyone on
completing sixteen years of amazing success. He
said that the challenges that we faced to get this
pedestal of success are not going to come back
but we have to attain many more new stages of
success and for that we will have to stay united
and work harder. We should not forget that we
have accomplished so much of success because
of our distributors. Therefore it is our
responsibility to provide them a cooperative
support system which would grant them all the
facilities to conduct the business without any
hassle. If we keep on working honestly then no
one in this world can stop us from becoming the
topmost company of this world.
After this brief but very motivating speech of
Shri Sanjeev Chibber the atmosphere became
colorful when the employees of Glaze came on
the stage for ramp walk dressed up in trendy
clothes and exhibited a new dimension of
fashion that made the evening of 16th
anniversary filled with glare of glamour.
After this fashion show it was the time to add
fun and thrill to the atmosphere and this was
done by astonishing series of music and dance
performances. The program was slowly moving
towards its commencement. To give a splendid
conclusion to this beautiful program the faithful
employees of the company were acknowledged
who have been working in the company for five
to ten years.
In this acknowledgment program a video was
shown exhibiting the magnificent journey of
sixteen years and this made everybody smile.
The program was taken ahead by giving
certificates to talented employees of different
departments of Glaze for their versatile flair, art,
dance and singing. This beautiful program
commenced with cake cutting ceremony.
The way every program comes to an end
similarly this 16th anniversary program also bid
adieu to us with many exciting memories,
moments filled fun and frolic, lessons to do
something great and aims to touch the new
pinnacle of success.

Addressing the countrymen from the
ramparts of the Red Fort on the occasion of 73rd
Independence Day of India, Prime Minister Shri
Narendra Modi told the farmers of the country
that we are destroying our mother earth by
putting chemical fertilizers and pesticides in our
fields. To save our mother earth, we have to
increase the use of organic fertilizers by reducing
the use of chemical fertilizers. He appealed to
the farmers of the country and said that this earth
is our mother. Have
we ever worried
about the health of
our mother earth?
Seeing the way we
are using chemical
rich fertilizers, it
seems we
ourselves are destroying our mother earth. We
have no right to destroy the mother earth. Can
we not reduce the use of fertilizer containing
10%, 20%, 25% chemical? Can’t we use organic
agricultural products instead of them? To save
this country, it is also our responsibility to
complete the work of those who climbed on the
gallows by saying Vande Mataram. I believe that
my farmers will fulfill my request.
What has been said by the Prime Minister to the

day temperature is 18°C to 27°C and the range
of night temperature should be 15°C to 20°C.
Hot weather has an adverse impact on the

taste are not good. Therefore, make

crop then the temperature of that area
should be as per the requirement.
Along with appropriate temperature,
suitable soil is also very important for
good crop of tomatoes. Loam soil is

u PROTEIN DIET
I am always anxious about my health. I eat
whatever is right for my health. However, I do not
believe in dieting, because people have such
misconceptions that dieting leads to reduction of
weight, while the truth is that dieting doesn’t make
a person slim but weak. This is not true for
situational health. This is why I eat food of my
choice, but within a limit. My diet always includes
healthy dishes. I take more protein.
u GREEN TEA AND OIL-FREE DIET
Apart from this, I like to eat brown rice. Also, take
a glass of milk and Ragi dishes daily. I usually avoid
dishes made up from fine flour. But I drink plenty of
green tea. It always keeps me fresh and energetic.
Apart from green tea, I also drink fresh juice, coconut
water regularly. I drink plenty of water so that there
is no shortage of water in the body.
These days I am very busy in shooting so I am
unable to do regular meditations. But whenever I
get time, I do meditation. It makes me feel inner
peace and happiness. Apart from this, I do
stretching exercises. The way work and balance diet
are necessary for fitness, equally important is to take
rest. Therefore I also sleep on time at night so that I
can wake up at the right time in the
morning. In this way, I maintain the
balance in my lifestyle. Although
sometimes it is difficult to do this due
to busy schedule, but I try to get eight
hours of sleep every day. This makes
me feel fresh all day long.

rd August, 2019 a B.M.I. camp was
organized under the name
‘Healthy Day with Galway’ in
the head office of the Glaze. Apart
from this B.M.I camps were
organized at nine other places
across the country.
People visiting these camps were
informed about their body mass index
through B.M.I. machine. Along with this, people were also
informed about visceral fat, skeletal muscle percentage,
body, age, resting metabolism rate and fat percentage
present in their body.
In fact, all these factors together indicate how healthy
a person is. These factors decide whether we are
underweight or we are overweight.
B.M.I. camp was held in Glaze head office and all the employees who
attended it got their blood pressure checked. Also a game called ‘Fun
activity for Personal Care Products’ was played with them, through which
the employees got to know the benefits of Galway Products even better.
At the end of the camp, all the employees who participated in the camp
were suggested to use Galway Products according
to their B.M.I. so that they can improve their
health. For this, a ‘test and try’ counter was
also built, where employees saw and
understood the use of Galway Products.
Some similar camps were organized for
general public from 3rd August to 21st
August, 2019 in Gorakhpur, Bardhhaman,
Sonitpur, Agra, Hoshiarpur, Nagpur, Raipur and
Jamalpur. Thousands of people who came in these camps
wereexaminedfortheirBodyMassIndexbycertifiedfitness
advisors from the company with latest modern B.M.I.
machines. Along with this, they were advised to adopt right
food and exercise regularly and to take Galway Products

Hailing from Jharsuguda, Odisha,
Ramesh Khumbhar worked as a fitter in
a company. He was facing many
difficulties in doing his work due to lack
of computer knowledge,
so he wanted to take
computer training, but
was unable to do so due
to expensive charges of
the computer training
course.
In the mean while he
came to know about the
free computer education
offered by the Digitalaya program run
by the Galway Foundation. He was
astonished and couldn’t believe that
something of this sort can take place.
He confirmed about this from
Digitalaya center of learning in
Jharsuguda and was very happiness to
know that this was true and he joined
the computer classes with his
daughter Ishita Kumbhar
After completing the basic
computer course from
Digitalaya, he felt that
he can try for a better
job. Thinking of this, he
started looking for
another job and soon
got a job in a big
company.
It is because of
Digitalaya that he not
only feels confident of himself today
but also gets higher salary than
before. He is also living a better and
happy life now. He sincerely
expresses his gratitude to the Galway
Foundation’s Digitalaya program for
the changes that have come in his life.
Every year on
August 12th,
International Youth
Day is celebrated with
great enthusiasm
across the world. The
theme of this year’s International Youth Day of the United Nations
was ‘Transforming Education’. This theme was dedicated to all those
institutions and individuals, who are active in the programs which
are related to the transformation in education for the betterment
of youth. Development is possible only through education.
Taking this aim a step further, S.E.P. peace volunteers taught
meditation as well as mind controlling techniques to youth in the
programs organized in centers of Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand,
West Bengal and Maharashtra on the occasion of International Youth
Day. In these programs along with meditation mind control
techniques are taught to the youth so that they can use their
peaceful mind and mind control techniques to achieve all of their
aspirations.

lood donation is like giving life. Blood
donation made by us saves lives of
many people. To create awareness
about this amongst the masses, the
franchisees of Glaze Trading India organized
blood donation camps in Jharsuguda,
Neemapada and Raygada of Odisha.
Kiran Traders of Jharsuguda organized this camp in
association with Samvad, the leading daily
newspaper of Odisha. In which 501 units of blood
were collected. On this occasion, State Health
Minister Mr. Naba Kishore Das. All the invited guests
were welcomed by Kiran Lakra, head of Kiran Traders.
Appreciating this great work organized by Glaze, the
Health Minister said that blood donation is the
biggest donation. All the Glaze distributors
participated enthusiastically in this entire event.
In this series, a blood donation camp was also
organized by Radhakrishnan Associates,
franchisee of Glaze in Raygada in which 151
units of blood were collected. This blood donation
campaign did not end here, Jay Traders in
Neemapada, Odisha took this campaign forward
and organized a blood donation camp, in which
103 units of blood were volutarily donated.
Hundreds of Glaze distributors participated in this
blood donation campaign and made the event
successful.

The great Spiritual guru, Dalai Lama believes
that if every eight year old child in this world is
taught to meditate, then only in one generation
we can end violence from this world.
Violence is the biggest problem in today’s
scenario. This in itself is the creator of many
problems. Violence can be physical as well as emotional, but in every
form it is painful. Keeping this objective in mind Ms. Romashree
Manisha Ashesh, head of S.E.P. launched a special children’s program
‘Chaitanya for Children’ to create a calm, happy and compassionate
world. The event was absolutely free for children from age of 7 years
to 17 years of age.
On July 21st 2019, the first batch of the event was conducted with 70
children under the efficient guidance of Ms. Romashree Manisha Ashesh
at the headquarter of the Galway Foundation in New Delhi. It taught
children as well as their parents to focus on meditation, mindfulness, left
brain and right brain stimulation, compassion and the highest qualities.
Vedic mathematics was also practiced by Galway Foundation volunteers
Naveen Singh Parihar and Ashish Kumar for the children present during
the program. In the end, the children and their parents who attended the
program praised the program and urged them to organize more of such
programs in the future.
When our good work is acknowledged then that
work becomes a source of inspiration for others as
well. There are three such inspirational distributors of
glaze, who have conducted highest number of S.E.P
Training from January 2019 to June 2019. Director of
the company, Mr. Sarabjit Singh Arneja awarded them
during the syndicates meeting at the head office of
Glaze.

Om Prakash Kumar conducted highest
number of training in Uttar Pradesh and was
awarded first prize for conducting
85 sessions.
Mundirka Gop was awarded the second
prize for conducting 42 training in
Maharashtra.
Rajesh Kumar Paswan was awarded the
third prize for conducting 37 training in
Chhattisgarh.
In ‘Sai Vridhhashram’ which is run by
‘Village Women Welfare Institute’ of
Dehradun, Uttarakhand S.E.P.
Swayamsewak, Dinesh Maurya made
the attendees aware about the A.T.M
Project of S.E.P. which means
‘meditation’ and ‘subconscious mind’
under Any Time Meditation. A.T.M, is
one such simple meditation method
through which anyone can
experience mental peace by practicing
meditation anywhere.
During this program, Dinesh Maurya
also made the attendees practice
some simple but effective methods of
‘meditation’. People, after knowing
and practicing the methods of
meditation, experienced peace and
resolved to implement them in their
daily lives.
