The training had the objectives of training employees and assessing them to place them on projects and teams. The assistant conducted a needs assessment and customized 4 days of training with up-to-date content to help the organization adapt to competition. Feedback was provided after each session and tools were given to management to boost productivity. Management then requested one-on-one coaching for selected participants after the training ended.

1. The top management had specific objectives for the training which were partly to train the employees
and partly to assess them and then place them on different projects and teams accordingly. Therefore,
firstly I conducted a thorough Training Need Assessment and thenI customized these 4 Days' Training
sessions with content that was contemporary and helped the organization be highly agile in the face of
global competition.
Moreover, during every session, I used to sit with the top management at the session end and discuss
the issues I comprehend through the interaction with the participants. I provided the management with
the tools and templates they used for enhancing employees' productivity.
After the training session ended, the management asked to continue with selected participants and
conduct One on One coaching for the participants.
