Guardian Alert Cell (GAC)
In this program , we provide all information to
guardian about their child’s performance in class.
For this we use a software that send sms alert on
guardian‘ s mobile number two dayw in a week
(Thursday ,Sunday) and special alert at month last
date.
TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM
4. Alert system will work two days in a week
and one special in a month with different
type of information
1) Thursday :- improvement , class
performance (rank), behavior
, complains/achievements.
2) Sunday :- attendance , week schedule
,class teacher msg , test results. etc
as preferred by class teacher and
month special for test results

We will provide student feedback form(SFF) to
respective class teacher’s for every alert system.
These SFFs are very user friendly designed So that
class teacher can easily fill within 5-10 minute .
These filled SFFs will be collected by us from your
school on Wednesday and Saturday.
