Student’s records (e.g. Certificate of School
Attendance, Certificate of Good Moral Character,
Certified True Copy of Grades, etc.) will be
processed within three (3) working days upon
request.
For online students living outside Dipolog City a
PDF file will be sent to your email so that it can be
printed at your convenience.
Student’s records will be released once all financial
obligations and other requirements have been duly
accomplished.

12. HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL CASES (SY 2020 - 2021)
All regular or special holidays shall be observed.
Holidays that are categorized as special, national,
regional and other holidays shall be governed by
the proclamation from the LGU.
Make – up classes shall be held to compensate for
localized suspensions due to typhoons and other
calamities or local celebrations.

13. TUITION AND SCHOOL FEES
An enrolment registration fee is required and is
non-refundable for all incoming students of every
school year.
Payment of the tuition fee may be:
Annual mode (full tuition upon enrollment of the
student)
Monthly mode (kindly refer to the table below)
due every 18th of the month representing ten (10)
monthly installments

16. TEXTBOOKS (Optional) and Worksheets
1. Books with prices
for each year level.
2.You are not required to purchase but if you want to
do so kindly contact the school for your mode of
payment and its delivery.
17. Distribution and collection schedules of Pre-
Recorded worksheets and OTGs:
1. Every Friday afternoon (2:00 – 5:00) until every
Saturday morning (9:00 – 12:00) at the physical
school.
2.Deliveries will be done every Saturday afternoon
(1:00 – 4:00) to those who opted for this service.
3.Previous worksheets that have already been
answered and OTGs that have been recorded with
the assigned tasks (previous week) shall also be
collected during the mentioned days.
18. As for worksheets:
For online learning we will send you a PDF file of
the weekly worksheets the weekend before it will
be used. For an additional fee (PhP 500.00
monthly) online learner within Dipolog City can
have a printed copy of their worksheets available
for pick-up at the physical location of the school.
Pre-recorded learners should have an adult pick-
up their printed worksheets every Saturday
(9:00am – 4:00pm) at the school since the
students will use it the coming week.
19. TRIMESTER (PRESCHOOL) OR QUARTERLY
(GRADERS) ASSESSMENT REPORTS
Students’ weekly lessons and school performance
are reported to the parents by their adviser at the
end of every quarter.
Daily lessons and assignments or home works are
summarized which in return will be brought home
by the students on a regular basis. Parents are
encouraged to check their worksheets on a regular.

the students the week before the scheduled examination
dates.
3. Examination Papers:
Pre-Recorded Learning:
a. Examination paper shall be distributed together with the
coming week’s worksheets and OTGs.
b.Your student’s teacher will be giving you specific
instructions as to the recording of when the child will be
answering their respective examination paper.
Online Learning:
a. The answering of your child’s examination paper will be
online and will be given appropriate time to flash their
respective answers.

The grading system which appears on the schooler’s
Progress Report is as follows:

Students who completed the School program shall be
awarded a certificate during the Recognition and
Graduation Ceremony at the end of the school year.
Final issuance of the school student’s Progress Report
at the end of the school year will indicate the
principal’s certification of program completed and the
next level the child is eligible to move up to. This card
will be released once all financial obligations are
settled and other requirements duly accomplished.

27. GRADE SCHOOL PROGRESS REPORT CARD &
PROMOTION
The performance of each student shall be
evaluated on a quarterly basis and recorded in his
or her Progress Report. The report cards are given
to the parents or guardians at the end of each
quarter during the scheduled quarterly Parent-
Teacher Conferences.
Report cards must be returned within a two weeks
after its release, except for the last quarter of the
school year.
