The paper analyzes the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and customer focus in Ghanaian construction firms, highlighting that while 68% of companies have a TQM policy, there is no significant impact on customer and employee focus. Through surveys of 50 respondents, it was found that both TQM and non-TQM companies prioritize customer and employee satisfaction despite the lack of impact from TQM. The study recommends equipping project management teams with diverse skills to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
