Students participated in a chalk walk event where they wrote messages on the sidewalk honoring loved ones with cancer. They used chalk to leave messages during a class walk and shared stories with their teacher about family members who had cancer. It was an emotional experience where the students paid tribute to those battling cancer through inspirational chalk messages outside of the school.
