INGREDIENTS
•1 cup white rice (uncooked)
• Pinch kosher salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
o Freeze 1 cup of rice for 15 Minutes
o Place the rice and salt in the blender.
o Starting on LOW, increase speed to HIGH and process about 1 minute or until fine in texture
o Remove flour and store in a sealed container until use.

• 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
• 2 Cups Vanilla Yogurt
• 1 Cup Strawberries
• 8-10 Ice Cubes
DIRECTIONS
o Place all ingredients into the blending jar in the order listed.
o Blend until smooth.
o Serve at once.

• ½ Cup Orange Juice
• 4-5 Ice Cubes
• ½ Cup Mango
• 1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

5. INGREDIENTS
• 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
• ¼ cup cranberries
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp garlic
• ½ tsp salt & pepper
•1/3 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
o Place all ingredients except the oil into the blending jar in the order listed .
o Make sure that the lid is on
o Blend until smooth texture
o Add oil to mixture and then blend
o Serve

• 3 Cups Peanuts
• 1/3 Cup Peanut Oil

o Place peanuts into blending jar.
o Add oil
o Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
o Serve.
