• The TechGirls student exchange program in the USA is a fantastic
opportunity for talented and passionate women to boost their
career development while refining their skills in the United States. It
allows hardworking young women to work with diverse people and
improve their standing in the global community.
• In this program, Tech Girls participate in interactive technology and
computer camps and then travel to specific countries to shadow
professionals in tech companies. They also experience homestays
and engage in community service. After returning home, they work
on community projects for seven months under excellent
mentorship. This program aims to empower women by helping

4. Eligibility Criteria
• Possess advanced skills and a strong interest in technology, engineering, or
mathematics during their studies.
• Be between the ages of 15 and 17 when the program begins.
• Belong to one of the eligible regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa, East
Asia and Pacific, Middle East and North Africa, South and Central Asia,
Western Hemisphere, Europe and Eurasia, or the USA.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
