In addition, the report is taken from
the questionnaire on working women says
that working women share their grievances
with their husbands as priority, the second
priority is friends only. They share their
grievances and sorrows with their
colleagues, parents, none of the people.
Kids are their priority since they don’t
want to disclose their sorrows with them as
it may lead to make them also worried
about their mother. It also reports that
working women are supported by their

respondents have accepted that working
women skip their food often in order to
prepare food at home, reach the workplace
on time, complete the tasks assigned
within the stipulated time. Finally it may
lead to sleepless nights which will affect
the functions of the brain slowly. In the
modern family system, working women
are allowed to spend their salary for their
personal interests which is accepted by
above twenty seven percent of the
respondents, in contrary thirteen percent of
the respondents have said that working
women are not permitted to spend their
salary for their personal reasons, whereas
the others have partially accepted the
same.
The majority of the respondents
have same opinion that sexual harassment
happens everywhere irrespective of
government sectors, private sectors, IT
sector or any academic institutions. It is
commonly found everywhere. The
government has to ensure the safety
measurements taken to safeguard the
working women in all the possible ways.
The respondents feel that teaching
is the most suitable job for women while
compared with other sectors which ensures
the maximum safety and security. It is
also to be accepted by all of us that
teaching job has also its disadvantages in
line up with safety of the working women
in few places of Tamilnadu. It is also
believed that government sector provides
all the facilities to working women like
medical leave, maternity leave, EPF,

provided by private sectors or any
businesses.
