In addition, the report is taken from
the questionnaire on working women says
that working women share their grievances
with their husbands as priority, the second
priority is friends only. They share their
grievances and sorrows with their
colleagues, parents, none of the people.
Kids are their priority since they don’t

The majority of the respondents
have same opinion that sexual harassment
happens everywhere irrespective of
government sectors, private sectors, IT
sector or any academic institutions. It is
commonly found everywhere. The
government has to ensure the safety
measurements taken to safeguard the
working women in all the possible ways.
The respondents feel that teaching
is the most suitable job for women while
compared with other sectors which ensures
the maximum safety and security. It is
also to be accepted by all of us that
teaching job has also its disadvantages in

in few places of Tamilnadu. It is also
believed that government sector provides

provided by private sectors or any
businesses.
