1. PROFILE A versatile and highly motivated individual, I have experience of managing
groups and projects from inception to conclusion in various fields. With a strong
working knowledge of pre and post production processes and a proven track
record of positive results, I am an amicable and diligent asset to any team.
EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION MANAGER
Boulder Creek International, London November 2012 - Present
Producing and managing four television shows that are broadcast across the
world on numerous channels, including NBC Universal Sports, BBC Farsi, Fox
Sports Australia, Globosat and BT Sport:
Wild Spirits (52 x 26’ HD), a long running extreme and alternative sports show;
Better Than Four (26 x 26’ HD), a cycling lifestyle magazine show; Wild Spirits
H2O (13 x 26’ HD), a water-sports oriented sister show to Wild Spirits; Wild
Surf (13 x 26’ HD), a surfing lifestyle show that was initially commissioned by
the Nautical Channel.
Managing the production and post-production processes of each series. Leading
and supervising the day-to-day operation of the production teams that handle
every aspect of the series, from implementation, to delivery, and beyond. This
includes the editorial direction of each episode, sourcing content (of which I
have personally sourced several hundred hours of content for free), directing the
post-production teams, scriptwriting, voiceovers, audio production, quality con-
trol and eventual delivery to clients. Not only do I have a constant hands-on in-
volvement in many of those functions, but I also ensure that the rest of my team
is performing to a high standard and to a strict schedule.
Proactively developing the technical and production skills of my staff to meet the
ever-changing demands of television technologies. This also means that I make
sure that the resources to do so are kept thoroughly up-to-date and implement
new processes where necessary.
Organizing and maintaining budgets for shoots, trips and networking opportuni-
ties, both locally and abroad.
Overseeing the scheduling and trafficking of our products, as well as putting into
place control systems and databases to keep track of deliverables where neces-
sary.
Implementation and management of various IT and database systems within the
office, such as a new server, a rights management system (Comet) and a shared
storage system (Rockstar) in an attempt to optimize and streamline productivity.
Promotional and online presence management - supervision of all online content
on website and social media. Developing the website and further SEO. Writing
copy for catalogues and treatments, as well as art-direction for presentations and
advertising.
Boulder Creek International has a powerful sales sector where it sells program-
ming to a wide variety of broadcasters worldwide. In the past I have provided
sales support through rights clearance, liaising with clients globally and distribut-
ing all necessary documentation.

various admin tasks. I also hold the title of Social Director - Researching, budg-
eting and planning all social events and occasions throughout the working year.
EVENT TECHNICIAN
CBA Spindlewood, Warwickshire June 2012 - December 2012
My role was to assist the project manager, within a very small team, to plan, im-
plement and manage the network communications within numerous festival
sites, starting at Hyde Park. Within a matter of weeks, I was promoted from an
assistant to technician, and was eventually left in charge of running and main-
taining the site in Hyde Park across the duration of the events. I learnt many
things here about correctly calculating and executing designs, a new degree of
IT proficiency, as well as furthering my interpersonal skills through dealing with
hundreds of different people professionally and assertively.
ART WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
Red Raf Arts, Kent January 2007 - June 2012
On a voluntary part time basis I assisted the arts company Red Raf Arts. In this
role I help set up art workshops within the local community, as well as assisting at
the event themselves; be this with the art co-ordinator or with the different pub-
lic groups that partook. By dealing with such a wide range of people at events
such as these, it helped my professional manner develop early on.
