Development and Production, Airbus Industrie, Toulouse who requested that an airport network of up to 25 industrial
airports worldwide be established. Dr ROEDER's objective during the early 90's was to create a network for the A 3XX
freighter version, Dr ROEDER was not only the chief design engineer for Airbus Industrie, he was also a visionary. Dr

opening up of the eastern-block countries, the military presence was decreased in the late 90's from over three
hundred fighter aircraft to 46 today. Following a two year Research and Marketing plan Kallax has become a major
European cargo spoke for Fedex, due to its strategic position south of the Siberian corridor. The usage of the Kallax
Airport has a tremendous advantage in fuel savings to and from Asia across the Siberian routes. Several major
Corporations have manufacturing and distribution plants within the immediate Swedish and Finish regions ie: Nokia
Corporation have their major manufacturing unit at Oulu, Finland that is located 200 kilometres from Lulea, across the
Finish border and Erickson are located south of Lulea. The airport is operated by the Swedish Airport Authority who are
open for change and are presently seeking an international operator. Robert ARENDAHL was recommended in our

Prim, Nevada is located 42 miles west of the city of Las Vegas in the Ivanpah Valley adjacent to the Californian border.
The project was created as the relief airport to Mc CARRAN Las Vegas International airport who are presently restricted
with aircraft slots, which is due to the high increase of passenger charter traffic operated by the Las Vegas casino
industry. As Project Director I selected the French Group "DUMEZ-GTM" from Paris who completed a two year feasibility
study on the project at the cost of over 10 M $. The Mc CARRAN Airport Authorities are presently seeking an international
airport management partner / operator to manage the project to the next phase of development. Ex pe rie nc e Both the
airports of SCLA and WGA will max out within the coming decade, due to the increase of the Pacific Rim traffic, both
passenger and Cargo. Ivenpah International is the ideal reliever. Research and Development of Southern California
Logistics Airport, Victorville, California 1996-1998 SCLA was the former George Air Force Base and was returned back to
the local authorities in 1996 when the Southern California International Airport Authority was created by the city of
Victorville. SCLA is located 76 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport in the high desert area 38 miles north of
the Ontario International Airport on the I-10 corridor. as Project Director for SCLA for a two year period in Marketed to
anchor tenants in the United States, Europe and Asia, the airport was inaugurated on the second year and flights
operated on the trans-pacific route from China and Hong Kong with Panalpina - Air Sea Broker from Switzerland. The
flight was later cancelled due to the Asian recession. United Technologies Pratt & Whitney have built a major
maintenance and parts distribution unit, employing more than 3 K maintenance employees. The airport is operated by the
Sterling Group from Orange County California, who needs to be replaced by a renowned operator like SWISSPORT.
