Franchising has become a widely spread business phenomenon

The Way Franchising Works
A franchisor (owner of the brand and the system) grants to
the franchisee (the user) the right to use his brand, business
model, and operations manuals for a specific time period
and within a specified territory. The franchisor also provides
the franchisee with training, support, and other business
development opportunities. In return, the franchisee typically
pays the franchisor a combination of upfront fees, royalties,
and/or other fees set in the franchise contract.

Franchise Engineers is specialized in providing consulting services

Our professional team of Certified Franchise Executives (CFEs),
corporate and franchise lawyers, and business and financial
consultants will help you meet your business needs, all under one
roof.
Franchise Engineers provides franchisors with a well-structured
franchise development program to optimize their expansion strat-
egy. We help them by preparing their franchise expansion matrix,
financial projections, operations manuals, Franchise Agreement
and Franchise Kit, among others. We also offer training to
franchisor’s management and staff and assist in franchise negotia-
tions.
Franchise Engineers advises entrepreneurs wishing to become
franchisees on acquiring the right international franchise. We
assist them throughout the acquisition negotiations with
franchisors, review the proposed franchise agreement and help
them close the deal with the most suitable terms.
Franchise Engineers undertakes the management of the franchise
