I have had the pleasure of working directly with Leah for the past 4 years at Forward Financial
Bank. During that time, Leah’s role was a customer service representative in the teller area. Her
primary duties were to accurately and confidentially process customer requests in a timely manner.
She has the necessary qualities of thoughtfulness, persistence and patience which allows her to finish
tasks mistake-free, and to suggest solutions to difficult problems.
Leah’s incredible adaptability during this ever changing time in banking demonstrates her uncanny
ability to adapt and implement change in a positive manner. When working with customers Leah
demonstrated the ability to think outside the box and provided the customer with several solution
options while making the customer feel comfortable. Her flexibility also allows her to quickly switch
options if the customer changes their mind about something at the last minute. While at the Bank,
Leah created a connection with her customers and demonstrated relentless perseverance to always
provide outstanding customer service and make the customer happy. Leah worked effectively with
all her co-workers, making her an asset to our organization.
Leah was a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude can make nearly any
work seem fun and interesting. She integrated creativity to maximize the effectiveness of her job.
