Indranil Mukherjee has a M.Tech in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Computer Science from IEM Kolkata. His major projects include developing a Wikipedia search engine using TF-IDF, an automated tag prediction system for Stack Overflow questions, and a movie review portal using the web2py framework. He also created a mental health assistant that can predict mental disorders from patient-therapist transcripts. His skills include programming in C, C++, Java, Python and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In his free time he enjoys swimming, reading, and following current global events.

A multi-label classification system that automatically tags users questions to enhance
user experience.
Movie Review Portal using web2py Framework: Nov’15
A web portal that allows users to view details of latest movies, read reviews and watch
trailers. The portal also allows registered users to submit their own reviews and ratings
and also recommend movies to other registered users.
Mental Health Assistant: Dec’16
A system that can predict mental disorder after reading a transcript of conversation
between the patient and a psychotherapist. It can help psychotherapists in diagnosis
of mental illness. Extracted features from transcript of sessions to predict illness.

A mini query engine that allows users to fire basic sql queries on multiple tables.
Linux Shell: Nov’15
Implemented a lightweight version of linux shell that allows users to run all linux
commands (with support for piping and redirection) using system calls.
Predicting House Prices using Advanced Regression Techniques: Oct’16
Designed a model that predicted the price of a house. Different Regression techniques
like Ridge and Lasso Regression were used to predict the price of a house.
Web Proxy: Oct’16
A simple web proxy server that communicates between a web client and a web server.
