We ​grow​ what you drink

Was ​grown​ from our sheep
The ​fresh salads​ in the servery
Are picked to ​suit your needs
So with all that we offer,
Why are you bringing us to our knees.
We love the reef where the​ turtles​ swim,
Marveling in the ​wonders​ of nature
But ​Reef Shell Coral​ isn’t as tasty
As Yungaburra salad
You are more prepared to​ close us down
For the sake of a ​vote
We are farmers from North Queensland
And we have, had enough
To survive your time you ​buy​ a vote
From the uneducated crowd
You sre advised by​ ignorance and ego
Common sense can not be found
You hide behind your facebook posts
And are ​powerless​ to act alone
What gives you the right to decide our future
When your​ hands are tied​ to the thrones.
