a company is heading in and the overall business goal is vital. Not only sharing
this information with them, but asking employees for their input and ideas,

The team at Foundation SP hold regular internal meetings that give employees
the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business. Including staff in
such activities allows them to actively participate and it promotes a higher in-

“Working with employees to create plans that develop and improve their skills
in areas they feel passionate about makes for a fulfilled workforce. Whether it
be attending a conference, mentoring sessions with others within the organisa-
tion or attending a training course, investing in employees’ personal growth and
career progression is a great way to empower them and make them feel valued.”
In addition to welcoming staff input, Evans found that working with his em-
ployees to set goals and enhance their skills gives them a sense of gratification.
When employees are passionate about the work they create, the results are
simply better.

communication across organisational boundaries which
will help employees be more productive, as opposed to one
which creates separation and one way instruction.
