A typical traditional English breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, bacon, fried bread, baked beans, and mushrooms, along with a cup of coffee. A modern English breakfast has shifted to include a bowl of cereal, a slice of toast, orange juice, and coffee. Lunch is usually a light meal between 12-1pm consisting of a sandwich, crisps, fruit, and a drink. Dinner, considered the main meal, is served between 5:30-6:30pm and often includes meat and two vegetables. On Sundays, a special Sunday roast is had at 1:30pm with roast meat, two vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.
