This document outlines a process for ensuring staff in the financial sector demonstrate diligence and skill as required by law. It recommends that staff complete the online NZACU Certificate in Products and Services course and the nationally recognized National Certificate in Financial Services Level 4 qualification. Staff are provided logins to start the online modules through NZACU, who will monitor their progress and provide certificates upon completion. Once finished, staff can undertake the Level 4 certification. Contact details are provided for the NZACU Learning and Development Manager to get the process started.

diligence & skill” under the Act, Section 33

They need professional development.

3. The Process:
Complete the online NZACU Certificate in Products &
Services (www.cueonline.org.nz)
Complete the nationally recognised & approved
qualification ‘National Certificate in Financial Services
Level 4’

4. How To Achieve:
Staff get login & password for www.cueonline.co.nz
from NZACU and start modules
NZACU provide regular reports on staff progress (as & when
required) & when completed, receive certificate
When staff complete, they then undertake ‘National
Certificate in Financial Services Level 4’ through NZACU
(NZACU is a Registered Training Workplace Assessor)
