1. Be original and true to your thoughts, and don't say things you don't mean.
2. Get to know people but also let yourself be known within boundaries.
3. Leave some openness but also some privacy - don't let others take you for granted.
4. Introspect on who you are, what makes you happy, facing the unknown, your purpose in life, and when to stop unwanted stress.
Heartbreak occurs from unrealistic expectations or not being true to yourself or others. Changing yourself solely to please others is not viable.

The most debatable question, we come across in our daily life is how much of ME is
fine. We all want to be loved, cared for and looked after, but the sail of life is not all
that smooth for some of us at times. We falter in relationships and each time we
ponder as to what went wrong? where did I go wrong? What did i said that was
incorrect? Should i have done it differently? And we bombard our mind with so many
confronting queries. This lingers on in our mind ; problem arises when we want but
can’t get rid of it; as a result we fail to live in present as well and allow bad memories
from the past affect our lives. Whatever precautions we take, the fact remains that
despite doing things differently, a good and a smooth sailing is not guaranteed.
Different types of entities live on this earth; some successful, some not so much
successful; some contended, some not so contended. To imagine what is the present
frame of mind of the other person is difficult. It cannot be gauged. By looking at the
person, it is not possible to guess his thoughts. Most of the people feel good ,when
they are pampered or appreciated; No wonder why many people explore the boss’s
mood before plunging in for discussion. So many relationships fail because the
couples refuse to accept the real person. The flimsy rosy pictures; goody images

When to stop. To say “NO” is a powerful tool to eliminate unwanted
stress from your life. Avoid situations that make you feel
