YTD – November 2015
Paul Martin and Justin Trudeau
August 25, 2019
August 2015
November 2015
Paul Martin talked about investments, but the problem none of
those investments benefited GDP. GDP on average is 2% growth
less than 2.3% growth under Harper
@JustinTrudeau continues to deploy deficit spending which
means the cupboard will be bare the time the next recession hits
Canada.
1. Trudeau big dig never happen -

2. Trudeau never reformed taxation. The top 1% tax never
reap the benefit -

@TondaMacC @krushowy @osstf
@etfopresident @ETFOeducators
Where did ford cut the budget?
Ontario has declining enrollment and yet
there were more teachers hired.
In business if production drops then staffing
levels are aligned with the lower production
level.
So, why did teachers job grow despite
declining enrolment?

Federal Govt
– Fiscal
Management
• GDP growth is 2% on
avg for Trudeau
• Trudeau has no
balance budget
Trudeau / Audits
• @joycemurray
• Your comments on the auditor-general are not completely accurate and/or your government being more open
and transparent are also incorrect!
•
• Here my comments on liberals when it comes to open and transparent govt.
•
• In 2014-2015 there was $39M spent on Performance Audits. You are now spending $32M
https://www.slideshare.net/paulyoungcga/2019-election-open-and-transparent-government-canada-
148976592 (see slide 12)
• Your government changed the reporting on the fiscal monitor. You eliminated reporting of depts, why?
https://www.slideshare.net/paulyoungcga/2019-election-open-and-transparent-government-canada-
148976592 (see slide#8)
•
• @joycemurray - Do you honestly think people do not check your comments out on the Auditor-General
Blog – Fiscal
Management
I did this reconciliation from 2015 to last F/S.
1. Trudeau has gained the benefits of strong income taxation despite losing $4.6B from the wealthiest due to his tax
changes.
2. Trudeau has a spending problem not a tax problem!

Top 1%
Autism
• The mismanagement of funds for autism and in the broader developmental services sector has been the subject of numerous reports of the Auditor
General dating back to 2004 (http://www.auditor.on.ca/en/content/specialreports/specialreports/2004_autism_en.pdf).
What is needed is proper management and accountability for the funds that are allocated. The 2015 “Autism Services and Supports for Children”
(http://www.auditor.on.ca/en/content/annualreports/arreports/en15/4.01en15.pdf) noted “Ontario did not have a provincial autism strategy.
However, in May 2013, the provincial legislature passed a motion creating a select committee to work on a comprehensive developmental services
strategy that was planned to include autism.” Where is the strategy? Collaboration is needed across Ministries.
The province maintains a ‘Sunshine List’ to track salaries of those who receive over $100K in publicly funded organizations – an analysis of executives
on the list for agencies that are funded through the autism stream – not just the nine regional providers but also the ‘partner agencies’ – Toronto region
has five additional agencies. Justification for salaries of up to $391K for the CEO at Erinoakkids.
(https://www.sunshineliststats.com/Employer/9/2018/?n=erinoakkidscentrefortreatmentanddevelopment) The Boards of Directors should publish their
minutes, strategic plans should address waitlists.
•
• I am for any support to help autistic children. I am not for waste and mismanagement. Wynne back by Horwath never implemented many of the AG
reports recommendations!
