Paul teaches us on Philippians that we can learn contentment! BUT, how does that happen? God promises to give us strength. But to do what? God promises to meet our needs. But we need to understand the difference between needs and desires.

What was most heart-breaking was watching the Babylonians break through the city walls of Jerusalem, burn the city to the ground, turn stone buildings into rubble, and drive 90% of the people into exile. In our day there is growing confusion about gender. There is a secular movement of thinking that seeks to minimize or obliterate any differences between genders.
