Múltiples sistemas permiten a usuarios en general compartir a través de la Web información acerca de su vida cotidiana comprendiendo aspectos personales y profesionales. Resulta interesante que investigadores de diversas áreas dan difusión al trabajo que realizan por medio de este tipo de sistemas. Al realizar un análisis en las herramientas utilizadas más comunmente, se ha encontrado la necesidad de contar no sólo con un espacio para colocar información y darla a conocer, sino además poder reflejar el trabajo colaborativo que se efectúa en distintos niveles de cooperación. En este artículo se presenta el diseño de una herramienta de software cuyo objetivo es facilitar la publicación y divulgación de trabajos a individuos, grupos de trabajo e instituciones, así como permitir la visualización de estadísticas de los recursos compartidos para esos niveles colaborativos. El sistema se diseña siguiendo una metodología formal y se utiliza como caso de estudio el área de fisioterapia.
