Social media for educators
Sue Kanopka finds several social media tools useful for educators, including Diigo for bookmarking and sharing resources, Twitter for accessing professional information and learning from other teachers, and Google+ for creating a personal learning network and collaborating. She has had success using Diigo and creating an online book using ZooBurst. Moving forward, she plans to use the tools like Diigo, Google+, and Twitter more in her teaching and collaborating with parents.
