Pita Lovin will be serving Pinellas County, specifically Countryside and Safety Harbor, lunch time, early evening, and late night crowd. Four distinct market segments will be targeted: students of St. Pete College, University of South Tampa, and local high schools, the late night crowd, the afternoon business crowd, and the residents of the surrounding areas. The students will be attracted to Pita Lovin as a better alternative to their on-campus meal plans and a healthier choice than fast food. Pinellas County also recently passed a law where alcohol is allowed to be served till 3am instead of only 2am. This resulted in several new night clubs and bars which opened in the vicinity, resulting in late night profits. Lastly, the business people and residents will appreciate the fresh selection and healthy change from the more traditional offerings currently available around town.
