This document describes a mobile application called Mobility Sanjeevini that was developed to help Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) working in rural health centers in Udupi District, India to collect health data from local communities more efficiently. The application includes modules for immunization records, antenatal care visits, and delivery information. It allows ANMs to enter data directly into their mobile devices during community visits and then sync the data to a central database via USB. This eliminates manual paperwork and data entry, allowing ANMs to see more families. The project has potential for expansion to other districts.
