The pitch
For e-commerce retailers who want their products to be
found easily and quickly, thereby increasing sales, the
‘Findability for e-commerce sites’ book is a guide that
teaches you how to structure and organise your site to
match the way people think and search for products.
Unlike the 2001 book E-Commerce User Experience book
by Jakob Nielson, the book focuses on designing and
optimising the e-commerce site and integrating with
search engines and social networks.
