INTRODUCTION
Anytime you hear a guest speaker is an author of a book,
you know you want to sit tight and get a dose of some
wise words shared in the book.
You know what? You are not wrong by doing this. When
someone publishes great content and it gets good
readership, you perceive the individual to have more
knowledge in the topic at hand.
The research and long hours needed to create great
content is nothing to sneer at, especially if you’ve never
gone down the same road.
Same goes if a business publishes great content to help
its potential customers. Great content will never go out
of style!
What if a valuable book on a particular topic bears your
name and the name of your business?
I longed for such a day to come and I got down to work.
Long days and short nights, but I had a goal to achieve.
The joy and fulfillment I got the day I released my book is
comparable to nothing. Finally I had the first masterpiece
to my name!
I wanted a second, a third, a fourth and many more.
What became of it? I share more about my book in one
of the parts of this book.
Before you get there, I have a confession to make. It’s
nothing like, “Father forgive me for I have sinned…”
It’s more of, “Father forgive me for waiting toooo looong
before writing and publishing my first book.”
My first book got me more leads and more jobs.
As we may all agree, getting relevant leads is one the
activities that occupies every business owner.
You could be a freelancer, or the owner of a big business,
or even a crafts store. It doesn’t matter. At the start of
the day, you want to pursue a customer who is likely to
buy from you.
My book did this job for me even on days I didn’t feel like
waking up from bed because of fatigue. On certain days, I
had to deal with writer’s block!
Well, a good book is more of a faithful servant. It doesn’t
get tired of attracting new leads to you.
Thanks to technological advancements, you don’t have to
go through a publisher to get your book out. No need to
survive through a dozen rejection letters before one tiny
publishing house says yes.
You don’t even have to be afraid of the cost of publishing
paperback books. A digital copy can do the job perfectly.

If emails have 40X the power to get you new clients, then
you must be creative if you want to build a hefty email
list.
Besides volumes of overflowing text, you can create an
eBook with interesting features to make it more
interactive for your potential customer.
For instance, you can include video content to break the
monotony of reading chapter after chapter. Audio
content also keeps the content refreshing as the reader
moves from page to page.
How about including a survey to help you learn more
about the reader? Survey responses can assist you in lead
scoring. Remember, your target is to get relevant leads
that are ready to make a purchase immediately or further
down the line.
PART 4B- YOUR VALUE RESOURCE TOOL
To break down complicated ideas to simple concepts, you
can use more visual elements such as info-graphics, GIFS,
charts, graphs and stock photos.
Your content can also vary according to what you want to
communicate to your potential customers.

client, your business intervention and the resultant

The joy and fulfillment I got the day I released my book is comparable to nothing. Finally I had the first masterpiece to my name! I wanted a second, a third, a fourth and many more. What became of it? I share more about my book in one of the parts of this book. Before you get there, I have a confession to make. It’s nothing like, “Father forgive me for I have sinned…” It’s more of, “Father forgive me for waiting toooo looong before writing and publishing my first book.” My first book got me more leads and more jobs. As we may all agree, getting relevant leads is one the activities that occupies every business owner.
  • 5. You could be a freelancer, or the owner of a big business, or even a crafts store. It doesn’t matter. At the start of the day, you want to pursue a customer who is likely to buy from you. My book did this job for me even on days I didn’t feel like waking up from bed because of fatigue. On certain days, I had to deal with writer’s block! Well, a good book is more of a faithful servant. It doesn’t get tired of attracting new leads to you. Thanks to technological advancements, you don’t have to go through a publisher to get your book out. No need to survive through a dozen rejection letters before one tiny publishing house says yes. You don’t even have to be afraid of the cost of publishing paperback books.
