This document is a project proposal form for a documentary about PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and its effects on people and families. The proposal summarizes that the documentary will discuss what PTSD is, its treatments, and will follow a charity that helps PTSD sufferers through various programs. It will interview both clients who have been through the program and coaches. The reasonwhy people maybe interestedinnotonlythis
documentarybutthe companyI am following isbecause thiscan
affectanyone andit hasno endto it withouthelpandalot of
people don’tevenknow theyhave it.
One of the mainneeds forthisDocumentaryissopeople don’t
feel asscaredas theymightbe feeling.Andtoletthemknow they
aren’tthe onlypeople sufferingfromthisillness,alsotoletthem
knowthat there ishelpoutthere andto allow themto help
themselvesbycontactingthe companyIam following.
How will your project meet the
needs of your target audience?
The way my projectwill meetthe needsof mytargetaudience is
because Iwill be interviewingpeople thathave done the program
and that have done the change workand see how there liveshave
changed,Thiswill hopefullybe enoughevidence forpeople that
do suffer,tobe able to getintouch withMick and getthere lives
back on track. AlsoItwill show people thatthere isotherpeople
out there sufferingandthattheyare notalone.Alsoitwill show
that theycan do somethingtohelpandthatthere is treatment
out there thathas beenproventowork.
I will be doingthisthoughinterviewsandthoughvideoevidence
of people changing.
Whatproductiontechniques
will you use to realise your
project?
I will be usingthe adobe software PremierPro,toeditmy
footage.Iwill be usingaCannon 7D, to filmandan audiorecorder
to capture the soundmore clearly.Ialsowill be usingatripod to
geta steadyshot.
