FINNISH SPORT SPONSORSHIP AND SPONSORED SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENTLaura Peltonen
In Finnish sports marketing sports organizations' social media networks are used to connect sponsoring brands with the fans. The main objective of this thesis is to help rights-holders and sponsors to recognize and create engaging sponsored social media content that generates desired reaction and engagement among the target audience. This thesis is a case study that investigates how different content factors affect the willingness of Finnish sports consumers to engage with sponsored content posts published by the rights-holders. The research focuses on investigating sponsored posts published by Liiga ice hockey teams on their social media platforms and the reaction they create among the target audience. The case organizations, Liiga ice hockey teams, are 15 Finnish ice hockey teams that compete in Liiga, Finnish top professional ice hockey league. To offer an international benchmark to the research also three NHL ice hockey teams and the sponsored posts published on their social media platforms are included.
The research was conducted by analysing the collected social media content posts with explanatory sequential mixed research method which combines both quantitative and qualitative methods. Based on the research results suggestions and recommendations are given on how sponsored social media content could be developed and targeted more effectively.

This chapter discusses accounting and finance systems within ERP. It examines traditional accounting systems, ERP accounting modules, and the benefits of ERP like integrated and real-time data sharing across departments. The case study of Atlantic Manufacturing highlights issues with separate accounting systems like inaccurate paperwork and lack of coordination. ERP provides management with tools for budgeting, cash flow analysis, and profitability reporting to help maximize profits.

Det overordnede tema er:
Hvad skal bære bibliotekssektoren ind i fremtiden?
- kan vi blæse og have mel i munden?
Mainstream eller smalt. Analogt eller digital. Skal vi vælge, skal vi satse? Hvordan bærer vi os ad med at lede og finansiere udviklingen?
Mit indspil på dagen sker under overskriften
Hvad mener vi egentligt når vi siger vi vil bruge ”kulturarven” til at differentiere os?
Forretnings- og kundeudvikling skal ske struktureret, kontinuerligt og som et naturligt element i biblioteksdriften.
”Det er klart, at bibliotekets rolle og selvforståelse udfordres. Man må tilpasse sig en virkelighed, hvor man blot er ét blandt mange mulige valg, og hvor den traditionelle rolle som informationsformidler er under pres.” Hvad kan bibliotekerne, som markedet ikke selv kan klare? Hvilken kvalitet tilfører bibliotekerne som gatekeeper?
Fremtiden begynder nu’ - er vi rustet til at skabe værdi for fremtidens kunder?

Svendborg oplæg folkebibliotekerne i videnssamfundet og fremtidenMichel Steen-Hansen
I dag skal jeg lave oplæg i Svendborg på det fortsatte roadshow om ”Folkebibliotekerne i Vidensamfundet”. Spændende hvad deltagerne vælger at fokusere på denne gang.
I Fredericia bibliotek har de haft et forløb kaldet Morgenmadsuniversitetet i 2007 under overskriften Rum i forandring – rammer for fællesskab. Det var dengang en mental optakt til den store ombygning på biblioteker, som blev færdiggjort i sommeren
I dette efterår gentager de forløbet med Morgenmadsuniversitetet, denne gang under overskriften Fra transaktion til relation. Den sætning (hentet fra biblioteksstyrelsens strategi) bruger de i mange sammenhænge, og ved at italesætte den i hverdagen kan det få den enkelte medarbejder til at forholde sig til de ændringer, man løbende er en del af. Det handler om løbende at vi tænker og taler om, hvad det konkret betyder for os i praksis, i en ellers travl hverdag.
I dag får jeg så lov at komme med en morgenmadsforelæsning…..så jeg har peppet mit show om udfordringerne de næste 24 måneder op.
Tirsdag morgen skal jeg lave oplæg i Nakskov på mit fortsatte roadshow om ”Folkebibliotekerne i Vidensamfundet”. Lolland Kommune har generelt store udfordringer af demografisk karakter.
I forhold til bibliotekerne har de holdt fast i en struktur med 8 afdelinger, heraf 2 små ø-filialer. Så der er jo nok en løbende overvejelse om hvordan den fremtidige struktur skal være. I forhold til borgerservice findes det nu kun i Nakskov og Maribo, mens det fysisk er nedlagt i de øvrige 5 "gamle" kommuner.

Vi skal skabe rammefortællingen om det moderne bibliotek............og ikke kun fortælle den til os selv.

2. Hvordan?
• Analyse af platforme, brugerbehov/ønsker og DFI’s
sociale medieprofil i øvrigt.
• Valg af social medie profil: Flickr – verdens største
fotodelings site, Facebook og senere Pinterest – online
opslagstavle, pt. et af verdens hurtigst voksende sociale
medier, hovedsagelig med billeder.
• Vi etablerede en redaktion(1 fra hver afdeling+).
• Publikationsprofil beskrives - Hvem gør hvad hvornår?
3. Hvad så?
• Større kendskab til DFI / Filmmuseet.
• Flere funktionelle formidlingsplatforme til vores
samlinger.
• De smallere genstande og samlingstorsoer kan vises og
formidles.
400.000 views på Flickr siden 2009. 800 views dagligt i 2014.
4. Hvad nu? 2014-2015
• Vi fortsætter. Godt resultat i forhold forbrug af ressourcer.
God uformel formidling.
• Instagram konto til Filmmuseet. Fx til ”behind the scenes”
eller ”Mandag på museet” under udvikling.
• Flere ressourcer til arbejdet = forhøjet kvalitet i output.
• Koordinere og integrere arbejdet med de forskellige
platforme og egne output = større synergi. Både i afdeling
og på DFI generelt.
• God branding.
• Mange flere (potentielle) kunder i ”den digitale butik”.
