2. MORNING



9 am - We all gathered at Castle field house, took all our
equipment and our first shot was the outside shots, on
the side of the college. We tried at variety of shots and
angles for example a long shot of Vicki walking past
college and close up of Jez in the bush. We uncounted
some difficulty with keeping the camera still and level
when in the 'bush area' however we managed to find a
stable spot. Another difficulty was when doing the long
shots of either Jez or Vicki walking had to be done from
across the road and obviously we did not want a car to
ruin the shot so we had to work quickly in order to get
the shots.
11.50- Finished all the outside shots and went back to
Castle field House. Set up the room area for Vicki
character.
12.00 pm- Break for lunch

3. AFTERNOON







1.00pm Started Vicki shots for Bella had some difficulty
getting the right angle in the hair brushing screen and it took
up quite a lot of time, managed to get the right angle in the
end.
2.10- Finished Vicki shots and set up Jez character room up
for next scenes.
2.20- John looked over our shots and gave us some feedback
and more shot ideas.
2.30- Started Jez shots, we had some technical issues with
Jez coat however rest of the shots had no problems.
3.35- Did some extra shots that John suggested for example
Vicki close up make up.
3.40- Did the stairs shot, had no problems and got some good
angles.
3.50- Went outside again for some extra shots that John
suggested we improve for example Jez holding the camera
and some extra close ups.

4. OVERALL…
Overall the filming day went well, everybody played
their part and worked hard. If I had the chance to
film again I would spend a little extra time on Vicki
shots as we are lacking some. However we did get
the shots we needed. I know we can produce
something of high standard with the filming we did.
 I did take pictures on the day, but my phone deleted
it by mistake!

