Filming and Editing Schedule Date 30th October Schedule Filming -‐ Northolt Hills -‐ 2 outfits: sari & black dress -‐ 1pm -‐6pm -‐ Filming the whole song with both outfits – singing the lyrics -‐ High angle shots -‐ Close up shots -‐ Establishing shots nd 2 November Filming -‐ Hyde Park -‐ 2 outfits: flowery dress & black dress -‐ 11am – 5pm -‐ Filming the model moving and walking about – film model singing the lyrics if needed -‐ Extreme close ups -‐ Mid-‐shots -‐ Establishing shots 16-‐17th November Editing -‐ Upload footage on hard drive -‐ Watch all footage -‐ Pick out useful clips th 18 November Editing -‐ Place all useful clips on timeline in premier pro nd 22 November Editing -‐ Start sorting out clips in order and in sync with the song th 25 November Editing -‐ Continue cutting the scenes up so they match the soundtrack 29th November Editing -‐ Continue (if needed) to cut scenes and match the soundtrack -‐ Start filling gaps where there is no singing with the walking/dancing clips nd 2 December Editing -‐ Continue filling gaps th 6 December Editing -‐ Continue (if needed) to fill gaps -‐ Tidy up other scenes -‐ Add effects/transitions 9th December Editing -‐ Finish final bits -‐ Export video -‐ Upload onto Vimeo th 13 December Editing -‐ Get feedback via focus groups and surveys ALLOW TWO WEEKS TO GET CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK 27th December Editing -‐ Improve music video using feedback given rd 3 January Editing -‐ Continue improving rd 6 January Editing -‐ Finish improving
