The film crew decided to experiment with shooting footage at Waterloo Bridge, despite it not being in their original storyboard. They worked to get steady frames looking over the bridge as the sun began to set. They then turned the camera around to capture landscape shots of the River Thames from the other side of the bridge. Later, they relocated to Southbank to film a tracking shot of an artist walking and singing along the Thames, getting both wide shots and closer mid shots. They also captured more scenery footage near the London Eye before ending the day with an over the shoulder bench shot.

1. Although this tracking
shot was not in our
storyboard, we decided
to experiment with an
unplanned location –
Waterloo Bridge

landscape on the other
side of the bridge

6. We re-located to Southbank where
another of our base tracks needed
to take place. Here we were tracking
the artist walking along the Thames
whilst singing

7. Another tracking shot
however this time we got a
bit closer to the artist for a
mid shot/medium close up

8. We moved a bit further
down towards the
London Eye to get some
scenery footage as well
as over the shoulder’s
like this one

9. This was one of our last
shots for the day – the over
the shoulder bench shot
