This document describes a proposed coffee shop and brewery in Bend, Oregon that would feature craft beer, live music, local baked goods including Liege waffles, and coffee roasted on-site using a rare wood roasting method. The operator has experience in the specialty coffee industry and wants to bring great coffee to Bend while showcasing the local scenery, adventure, music, and coffee the area is known for.
