The GO Wales Graduate Training and Development Fund provides up to £1,500 in financial support for small and medium enterprises in Wales to train staff with graduate qualifications. The fund covers 50% of the cost of training courses over £175, up to £1,500, and each company can claim up to £5,000 until 2011. Businesses must employ less than 250 people and the staff member must have a graduate-level qualification to be eligible for funding support.
