There has been increased concern among policy makers, scientists and communities that health is greatly affected by a number of factors that occur in a person’s lifetime and in multi levels. Prevention is sententious to curb occurrence of any disease within the population, and it has to come first even if access to quality healthcare services is provided. To adequately promote health and prevent diseases, certain policies and factors need to be addressed mostly factors that are related to health behaviors.
Social psychology is all about understanding individuals’ behavior specifically in a social setting. Basically, social psychology focuses on factors that influence people to behave in certain ways in presence of others. The two greatest contributors in the field of social psychology were Allport (1920) and Bandura (1963). To begin with, according to Allport; he argued that the interaction of individuals with others or the presence of social groups can encourage the development of certain behaviors (Kassin, 2014). This is what Allport referred to as social facilitation, in his research he identified that an audience will facilitate the performance of an actor in a well learnt and understood task; however the performance of the same actor will decrease in performance on difficult tasks which are newly learnt, and this is contributed by social inhibition. The second contributor in the field of social psychology is Bandura (1963), in his work he developed a notion that behavior in the social world could be possibly modeled, and this is what he referred to as social learning theory. He gave his explanation with three groups of children who were watching a video where in the video an adult showed aggressiveness towards a “bobo doll” and the adults who displayed such behavior were awarded by another adult or were just punished. Therefore Bandura found that children who saw the adult being rewarded were found to be more likely to imitate that adult’s behavior.
Certain theories plays important roles in health assessment, and a theory is defined as a collection of concepts in specific area of concern or interest in the world that need explanations, intervening and prediction. Theories need to be backed up with evidence that tend to explain why things will happen in relation to current situations, and followed with some actions to turn situations in certain desirable ways. A new Wellcome Trust survey asked more than 140,000 people across 140 countries about their attitudes towards science and health, and found that nearly 75% of people say they trust a doctor or a nurse more than friends, family, or other sources of health advice. Here’s more:
•Vaccines: Some 80% of people worldwide agree that vaccines are safe. One in three people in France — the highest percentage anywhere in the world — disagree that vaccines are safe.
•Understanding of science: Men are more likely to claim an understanding than women, as are those aged 29 and younger. Almost two-thirds of people around the world expressed an interest in learning more science.
•Science and society: About a third of people in Africa and Central and South America don’t feel like they benefit from science.

The Effects of Smoking in Pregnant Women
Background
The following section highlights some historical and reviewed information or material on smoking during pregnancy, and some of the effects the practice has not only on the unborn children but also on the mothers. Most people associate smoking with heart disease, cancer and major health conditions that have been documented in different scholarly materials. Smoking during the period of pregnancy is attributed to additional health challenges most of which are connected with the well-being of the unborn child (Banderali et al., 2015). It has been documented that smoking cigarettes is the leading cause of preventable deaths in several parts of the country and the rest of the world. Estimated figures of smoking prevalence during pregnancy are most of the time derived from self-reported data and information.
Validation of these data and information using biochemical markers like cotinine has most of the time shown that women who are pregnant may hide their smoking especially when they understand the kind of reactions they could be exposed to. As a result, the self-reported smoking prevalence data and information during pregnancy is underestimated (Banderali et al., 2015). Since negative attitudes towards maternal smoking have been on the increasing trend over the recent past, the validity and credibility of self-reported smoking data and information may be of special attention (Banderali et al., 2015).
This literature perspective brings forth an understanding on the consequences of smoking during pregnancy from the perspective of brain functioning and how the developing fetus is likely to be affected by the common practice. Banderali et al. (2015) stress that mothers often want healthy babies full of life and with a high brain capacity. However, smoking has been illustrated to have an immediate impact on how the fetus is developed and how the capacity of the brain is affected. Environmental factors can massively modulate genetically programmed development of the brain during the fetal life, and maternal smoking is a harmful factor (Banderali et al., 2015). It is saddening that while pregnant mothers and other people in the society have widespread and detailed knowledge and information on the consequences of smoking on the development of the fetus, statistics still show that more than 20 percent of women in this category continue with the practice in several parts of the world, Europe and United States not left behind (Ekblad, Korkeila & Lehtonen, 2015).
Statistics speculate that women and first-time mothers especially those coming from low-income families are worst hit by the effects of smoking during pregnancy, as compared to the older women who have had mo.

•Vaccines: Some 80% of people worldwide agree that vaccines are safe. One in three people in France — the highest percentage anywhere in the world — disagree that vaccines are safe.
•Understanding of science: Men are more likely to claim an understanding than women, as are those aged 29 and younger. Almost two-thirds of people around the world expressed an interest in learning more science.
•Science and society: About a third of people in Africa and Central and South America don’t feel like they benefit from science.

The Wellcome Global Monitor is the first study to survey public attitudes toward science and health on a global scale. It conducted nationally representative surveys in over 140 countries with over 140,000 participants. The survey explored understanding of and interest in science, trust in scientists and health professionals, perceptions of how science benefits society, and attitudes toward vaccines. Key findings included differences in perceived science knowledge by gender and age. Most people expressed interest in learning more about science and health. Levels of trust in scientists varied significantly between regions. The report provides new insights into both similarities and differences in public views of science worldwide.

The Effects of Smoking in Pregnant Women
Background
The following section highlights some historical and reviewed information or material on smoking during pregnancy, and some of the effects the practice has not only on the unborn children but also on the mothers. Most people associate smoking with heart disease, cancer and major health conditions that have been documented in different scholarly materials. Smoking during the period of pregnancy is attributed to additional health challenges most of which are connected with the well-being of the unborn child (Banderali et al., 2015). It has been documented that smoking cigarettes is the leading cause of preventable deaths in several parts of the country and the rest of the world. Estimated figures of smoking prevalence during pregnancy are most of the time derived from self-reported data and information.
Validation of these data and information using biochemical markers like cotinine has most of the time shown that women who are pregnant may hide their smoking especially when they understand the kind of reactions they could be exposed to. As a result, the self-reported smoking prevalence data and information during pregnancy is underestimated (Banderali et al., 2015). Since negative attitudes towards maternal smoking have been on the increasing trend over the recent past, the validity and credibility of self-reported smoking data and information may be of special attention (Banderali et al., 2015).
This literature perspective brings forth an understanding on the consequences of smoking during pregnancy from the perspective of brain functioning and how the developing fetus is likely to be affected by the common practice. Banderali et al. (2015) stress that mothers often want healthy babies full of life and with a high brain capacity. However, smoking has been illustrated to have an immediate impact on how the fetus is developed and how the capacity of the brain is affected. Environmental factors can massively modulate genetically programmed development of the brain during the fetal life, and maternal smoking is a harmful factor (Banderali et al., 2015). It is saddening that while pregnant mothers and other people in the society have widespread and detailed knowledge and information on the consequences of smoking on the development of the fetus, statistics still show that more than 20 percent of women in this category continue with the practice in several parts of the world, Europe and United States not left behind (Ekblad, Korkeila & Lehtonen, 2015).
Statistics speculate that women and first-time mothers especially those coming from low-income families are worst hit by the effects of smoking during pregnancy, as compared to the older women who have had mo.

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the

more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover

There are several reasons that tempt these women to be involved in smoking. Few likely causes could be peer pressure or frustrations etc. Smoking has dangerous consequences on our wellbeing as we all understand, for example heart and respiratory infections, encompassing numerous other unsafe ill-health difficulties that happen characteristically to feminine smokers. Knowing the right steps to stop fuming can assist these females convey themselves out of danger. 4Methodology 4.1 SECONDARY RESEARCH: For my secondary research, I have collected relevant sources from the online documents, articles and web supplements.
- 3. 4..2 PRIMARY RESEARCH: Information of primary research was collected by surveying 20 samples (female smokers).Interview was conveyed in the form of casual conversation to understand and analyze the data. As a whole, my research methodology requires gathering relevant data from the web articles, and documents. Data collection will consist of surveys and interviews in order to analyze the material and arrive at a more complete understanding of the predicted hypothesis. A qualitative evaluation will be utilized for this research project leveraging observation of the survey questions to collect substantive data.
