• Feedly is a prominent aggregator which is available as web browser and
mobile application running IOS or Android. It puts together different feeds
from a variety of online sources for the user to share with others.
• On April 2, 2013, the total number of new users was up to 3 million. At the
end of May 2013, the total user number was up to 12 million.
• Today many people are using this aggregator especially those who are
working in academic areas and they can use many shared information.
3. Advantages of Feedly
• As we mentioned above Feedly is useful for organizing, finding and
sharing our favorite contents.
• It has many powerful tools, such as Multiple layout options, auto-mark as
read, tagging, advanced sharing, keyboard shortcuts.
we can Save articles across devices or share them on Twitter, Facebook,
Google+, Pinterest or LinkedIn. Directly or via Buffer and Pocket.
• we can have Feedly in our phone, tablet and computer and its always in sync.
4. Disadvantages of Feedly
• While loading articles with web Feedly is very easy and fast, the Feedly app
does not load an entire article and it presents a summary, and a link to the
actual article. In addition it does not support offline mode.
