Feedback on rough cut
When getting feedback for my rough cut for our music video our teacher felt that the
overlaid two images didn’t fit in with the rest of the video as it wasn’t consistent.
Our teacher felt that if we wanted to add a transition within that particular dancing scene
we could do it as blocks as it is conventional for pop videos like Katy Perry’s music video ‘Last
Friday Night’.
The teacher felt that the cuts were good and cut to fit in with the soundtrack of the music as
they were fast.
Our peers felt that our lip syncing was excellent as Shenay was in time with the soundtrack.
They also felt that the music video was well framed and the framing did not change
throughout the video. Other than that they felt that it represented the code and conventions
for music video but if overall they would change the quality higher as it is blurry.
