3. System Software
Evolution software is an integrated access
control solution that has been designed
to satisfy the complex security needs
of the most demanding organisations.
The Access Control Evolution application
is rich in features and consists of modular
sections including: User Management;
Facilities Management; Personnel
Management; Reports Management; and
Real Time Monitoring. These modules
enable the system user(s) to organise,
define and manage all aspects of access
control across either single or multiple sites.

4. Access Control Hardware
The Feedback door controller allows
or denies access to a secure location,
connecting directly to the network and can
interface with other systems such as fire
and intruder panels and CCTV. Feedback
offer many types of reader to suit different
cards, badges or fobs as well as biometric
units, including fingerprint and hand
scanners. Many types of locks, request
to exit buttons, monitors and intercoms
can also be supplied to suit different doors.

5. Visitor Management
Evolution’s Visitor Management module
allows visitors to a site to be incorporated
into the access control system quickly
and easily. It allows you to manage temporary
badges for visitors, contractors and
employees, to control and track visitor
movements and establish who is on site
at all times. An historical log of access
details of all non-permanent pass holders
to site can easily be obtained, along with
images, from the reporting function that
the module offers.

6. Gates, Barriers and Turnstiles
Feedback can provide car park barriers,
turnstiles, gates and perimeter fencing,
from design through to installation including
all ground works and civils. Bespoke work
such as large sliding and swing gates can
also be undertaken, all work is to the highest
quality and safety standards. Feedback
gates, barriers and turnstiles can be
controlled by the Evolution access control
software and thus become a key part of your
total site security.

7. Lift Control
An economic way of controlling access
to different levels of a building is to look
at stairwells and lifts. Feedback has
experience in the control of lifts working
with many lift suppliers. Whether controlling
the lift call button or individual floor access,
Feedback are able to supply a solution
that fits your needs and take access control
to new levels.

8. Biometrics
In very secure or sensitive areas, access
control can be further enhanced with the use
of biometric readers to be sure the person
gaining entry is who they claim to be.
The most common device is the verification
fingerprint reader which can be used in
association with the users existing card,
tag or PIN number. Alternatively users can
be identified by ‘swiping’ their finger alone.
Feedback offers a range of Biometric readers
including fingerprint and hand scanners.
All biometric readers can be used alongside
conventional readers and controlled by the
Evolution access control software.

9. Badge Production
Create eye catching photo ID badges for
employee identification, membership cards,
and security purposes with Evolutions
powerful access control Badge Production
module. Badge templates can be linked
to information and photographs maintained
in Evolution’s Personnel Management
module or other external databases.
Bar code printing and mag-stripe encoding
are fully supported by the Evolution
software. Evolution supports any Windows-
compatible printer from inexpensive colour
inkjets to PVC card printers with internal
mag-stripe encoding modules.

10. CCTV
Feedback has a committed team of
engineers with the expertise in the design,
installation and maintenance of CCTV
whether it’s integrating a single camera
and monitor to a fully networked digital
recording camera system.

11. System Integration
Feedback have produced Adaptance,
a dynamic interface tool that can link the
Evolution access control software to almost
any other system. It enables data entered
into a separate system to automatically
populate the access control software saving
time, money and mistakes. Evolution can
also link to your fire alarm panel, automatically
opening the doors in the event of a fire and
printing a muster roll call, sending e-mails
and controlling CCTV and pager systems.

12. Installation and
Commissioning
