9. The FS-UDs has highly qualified permanent teachers in their
various fields of competence and a dedicated non-teaching staff.
To date, the FS-UDs has 159 teachers, including:
 13 Professors,
 37 Associate Professors,
 81 Senior Lecturers,
 24 Assistant- Lecturers,
 12 Temporary teaching assistants.

The BMD system has been gradually applied to the
FS-UDs since the year 2006;
 Since the year 2009, it covers all programs and
training cycles.

The training follow the BMD system:
 Bachelor (B): 06 semesters - Diploma: Bachelor Degree
 Master (M): 04 semesters - Diploma: Master with thesis
 Doctorate (D): Between 3 and 5 years
