The study aims to identify key motivators for choosing business education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. It will investigate how future career plans and challenges during education transition impact choice of business program. The research methodology includes collecting primary data through student questionnaires and secondary data from literature and reports. Descriptive statistics and content analysis will be used to analyze the data and identify themes around regional differences, family influences, income levels, and career aspirations that affect Bangladeshi students' selection of business education.

6. The above tabular presentation shows that higher percent business students have come from
Dhaka division. Khulna division is in second position and Barisal placed third position. So from
the division-wise analysis it can be inferred that home district has impact for motivating students
to get business education.

7. Residential accommodation cannot become a barrier for choosing business
education for those who do not residential facilities with family.
