This document discusses factors that motivate choosing an Islamic personal loan. It aims to examine how social demographics, product knowledge, service quality, and promotion influence intentions to choose an Islamic personal loan. It also aims to compare these factors to determine which is most determinant. The study will focus on academic and non-academic staff at Politeknik Seberang Perai in Malaysia by surveying 150 randomly selected staff with a questionnaire to analyze factors affecting their choice of Islamic personal loans.
