This document is a weekly homework log for a student. It tracks the student's daily fact mastery activities completed on the Factivation website over the course of a week. The student or parent dates and initials each day's activities, which include watching instructional videos, practicing speed tests, and playing educational games to reinforce lessons on facts and fluency. The log is intended to help the student achieve 100% mastery of class lessons with parent support at home.
