This document is a weekly homework log for a student. It tracks the student's daily fact mastery activities completed on the Factivation website over the course of a week. The student or parent initials each day to indicate which activities were completed, such as watching instructional videos, practicing speed tests, or playing educational games. The goal is to help the student achieve 100% mastery of facts by logging on daily for supplemental learning activities.
