Flapjacks

Ingredients 
65 grammes sugar 
340 grammes porridge oats 
115 grammes raisins 
225 grammes butter 
2 tablespoons honey 
pinch of salt
First 
Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a 
saucepan. Turn off the heat.
Next 
Add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. 
Mix well.
Then 
Put the mixture into a greased oven dish. 
Flatten with a spoons. Bake at 180ºC for 20 
to 30 minutes.
Finally 
Cut the flapjack into rectangles. Eat after 30 
minutes.
