Receive messages and files
After the consultation, user receives a
summary of the consultation from the
doctor. Referrals and other sensitive files
are sent securely to the app. You can
contact the doctor over chat for follow
ups.

insurance partners, the user is
covered and can use Eyr for free.

In Norway the private clinic Colosseumklinikken
Medisinske Senter (CKMS) delivers the medical
services, on behalf of Eyr.

In Denmark three doctors are engaged directly
by Eyr, managed by one full-time doctor.

Eyr is currently in the middle of on-boarding over 1,200,000 people
that have been given free use of Eyr via their health-, travel- or child
insurance, by one of our partner insurance companies in Norway.

On February 1st we successfully launched a pilot in Denmark
together with the largest Danish health insurer, Mølholm Forsikring. 

In June, we are adding an additional 300,000 people with 

travel insurance.
In less than 5 months since launch, Eyr is cementing
its position as the leading B2B digital health provider
in Denmark.

Trusted and high-quality offering to patients
ensured through partnership with leading private
doctor clinic Colosseumklinikken Medisinske
Senter (CKMS) in Oslo. All the doctors are
employed by CKMS and work physically at the
clinic.
Shifts are organised so that doctors both have
days 100% dedicated to Eyr, and days with a mix
of physical and Eyr patients.



(As we growing we are moving into a solution of
engaging doctor directly, like we do in Denmark.)
Benefits: Efficient use of doctors time - doctor
can juggle time between Eyr and physical
patients. Eyr gain knowledge of how to
implement digital health solutions in a traditional
clinic, their challenges, opportunities etc.


Challenges: Juggling physical and Eyr
appointments can be demanding for the doctor
at peak hours.
In Denmark, all our doctors are engaged directly by
Eyr. Providers can work from «anywhere», as long as
we can ensure quality and privacy. The flexibility of
taking 1-2 shifts per week from home is highly
attractive to may doctors and a completely new value
proposition.
We have engaged 3 independent doctors to a growing
network of interested providers, who are managed by
our full time employed medical doctor Sol Malm
Hagen and supervised by Halima Chaudhary,
specialist in primary care.
Benefits: Quality control at scale, flexible and easy to
scale capacity, we attract doctors primarily motivated
for working with patients over Eyr. Controlling capacity
to a greater extent in-house.
We are rapidly gaining experience how to manage a
virtual clinic.
Challenge: Inefficient if doctor’s time is not fully
utilised and dependent on operational excellence.
